1.1. To secure your plastering project booking, a non-refundable deposit is required. The deposit amount will be communicated during the project estimation phase.

1.2. The non-refundable deposit payment can be made using the payment methods discussed.

1.3. By paying the non-refundable deposit, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the terms outlined herein.

2.1. If you decide to cancel the plastering project after the non-refundable deposit has been paid, please be aware that the deposit is non-refundable.

2.2. The non-refundable deposit covers the costs associated with project planning, resource allocation, and administrative processes. This policy ensures fairness to both parties involved.

3.1. If changes to the project scope or details are necessary, please notify us promptly. Depending on the timing and nature of the changes, adjustments may be made to the project timeline and cost.

4.1. As stated earlier, the non-refundable deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, including project cancellation or dissatisfaction.

5.1. We are committed to delivering high-quality plastering services. If you have any concerns about the quality of our work, please contact us within 48 hours of project completion.

5.2. Any concerns about the quality of our work will be thoroughly assessed, and corrective actions will be taken, as necessary, to meet our commitment to excellence.

7.1. South Ribble Plastering shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from our services, including but not limited to non-refundable deposits.
